Colibra Island (Dasol)

Colibra Island, also known as Camaso Island, is a small, rocky islet surrounded by turquoise ocean and cream sand.

Rocks and elevated corals fill the southern coast, while cream sand surrounds the rest. Because of the prevalence of sea snakes, especially on the rocky section of the island, the island was given the name Colibra/Culebra or Snake Island by locals.

Freshwater-dependent trees struggle to live on the island since it is flat and arid. There were five coconut trees there previously, but today there are none. There are a few little plants here and there, but the area is largely uninhabitable.
